Access eOMIS Anywhere

The electronic Offender Management Information System has state-of-the-art web service interfaces in place to handle numerous information exchanges. The eOMIS system also has an interface formatted specifically for smart phone.

Canteen

The Canteen Web Service connects canteen vendors to the eOMIS Canteen module. This web service allows external vendor’s software to interface with eOMIS to query inmate bank accounts and sell item to inmates. The sales/returns are posted in the eOMIS database.

Parole and Probation (smart phone interface to connect P&P officers to eOMIS data)

This interface allows a smart phone to securely interface with eOMIS. The interface allows probation officers to access and update caseload information including appointments, supervision contact and parolee photos.

Medical

The eOMIS medical interface sends prescription information to pharmacies and monitors the process of obtaining the prescriptions.

eOMIS to eOMIS

The eOMIS Interstate Compact Web Services reconciles the Interstate compact agreements between the eOMIS systems in two states.
