TALLAHASSEE, FLA – Representatives from the Arkansas Division of Community Corrections were recognized Friday, September 6 at the third annual Arkansas Digital Government Transformation Awards for their work in conjunction with Marquis Software to improve client supervision. This annual event hosted by the Information Network of Arkansas (INA) recognizes the achievements of Arkansas government offices that have used technology to drive innovation and make positive, measurable change in the state.
Community Corrections leaders in collaboration with consultants at Marquis received honorable mentions in the Governor’s Digital Transformation Award category for their work in creating the InTouch Client Portal and InTouch Parole and Probation Officer Portal (formerly MAPPS).

More than twenty state government projects were submitted, and nominations were evaluated by a committee comprised of INA Board, the Arkansas Secretary of State, the Arkansas Division of Information Systems director, the Arkansas Secretary of Transformation and Shared Services, and Governor Asa Hutchinson. These individuals chose the winners and finalists in each category and presented them with awards at the event.
