The work we do is essential to tens of thousands of people and state agencies across the U.S., and we are committed to being there when our customers and colleagues need us most. Here’s how we’re responding:
The safety of our employees is one of our top priorities. Today, more than half of our employees are working from home.
For those who choose to work from the office, we’re following advice of national, state, and, regional health authorities providing personal protection protocols and equipment.
Supporting Current Customers
With the use of video-conferencing and collaborative tools, such as Microsoft Teams, we’re able to meet our delivery commitments and have safeguarded all established data security and confidentiality policies.
In response to the ever-changing concerns, we have provided COVID-19 specific updates to our solution, such as:
- Adding COVID-19 specific codes to our EHR
- Adding Inmate Precaution codes for COVID-19 symptoms
- Creating a Virtual Office for Community Supervision Officers
- Allowing Remote Check-ins
- Moving to facial recognition over finger prints (reduce touching)
As needs are discovered, our agile software development methodology allows us to move quickly to provide potential life saving changes in a timely manner.
Due to travel restrictions and to limit exposure to the virus, we are providing a remote virtual implementation. The implementation services along with testing and training staff are all being done remotely and collaboratively.
It is clear that the situation remains fluid. Further directions and safety measures from government health authorities may result in changes to our plans in the weeks ahead. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate accordingly.
