NOVEMBER 30, 2023 – Marquis Software is proud to announce that the IJIS Institute selected the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and Marquis Software for their annual Corrections Information Technology Award.
The Corrections Information Technology Award honors a team achievement for technical innovation between industry partner(s) and one or more practitioner agency(ies) that significantly contributed to the advancement of corrections information technology in the public sector.
The award recognizes the ODOC’s ICON (Inmate & Community Offender Network) legacy OMS transition project. The ICON Project, through its design, organization, best practices, implementation strategies, and leadership, provides a blueprint and methodology for other JPS agencies facing a legacy OMS/CMS/JMS conversion.
