Senior leadership at Marquis have positioned this community to serve as an advisory board to the product development and service teams by representing the views, needs, and concerns of multiple customer-stakeholders, such as: Executives, Technical Staff, and Operations, who use the software daily.
These users come together through meaningful online and in-person discussions to provide feedback on potential new features, highlight best practices in using eOMIS®, review performance benchmarks for potential improvement, and brainstorm with likeminded colleagues in-the-field on ideas for future upgrades.
Meetings are held via conference calls and at various industry conferences, including the Corrections Technology Association (CTA), American Parole and Probation Association (APPA), and the National Association of Correctional Healthcare (NCCHC). Marquis Software® understands that to continue to evolve our mission-critical solution, we must have constant engagement and dialogue with our customers and industry associations.
