Glenn Fishback, serves as the President and Chief Technology Officer for Marquis Software and is responsible for ensuring that the technical framework of the eOMIS^® solution and supporting systems are architected, developed, and implemented in a manner that aligns with the overall technical goals as defined by the client and Marquis.

Glenn manages all phases of Research and Development, Database Administration, and Technical Support at Marquis. Glenn has more than 29 years of Corrections IT experience across multiple clients, having worked on ten statewide OMS implementations.

Glenn earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida State University.
