Todd Johnson serves as the Chief Information Officer for Marquis Software and is responsible for the technologies that run the company’s internal operations and business procedures.  He is involved in many cybersecurity and compliance related activities due to the contracts Marquis has with a variety of criminal agencies. Todd also provides IT support to the Marquis office and has done so for many years. 

Todd has been in the IT industry since 1988 and joined Marquis in 1995.  He has served as a software developer on eOMIS®, with focus on the very complex Offender Time Computation module which computes release dates for the offender. 

Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
